Centre Ville Location offers a range of water sports facilities, and I must say that trying out these activities was an absolute blast! From sailing to paddleboarding, the options were endless and provided a thrilling experience like no other. It felt like I was exploring the seas with the grace and agility of a dolphin, truly an unforgettable adventure.

Blackout curtains in the master bedroom would have been ideal.

It was a pleasure to meet Erick, the owner, everything was perfect. There was a walk-in shower. The breakfast was on us, thanks to kitchenette could cook ourselves. Location was magnificent and perfect, just next door to many good restaurants, the centre of La Rochelle and the old Harbour.

Couldn't find any faults at all. It exceeded all expectations.

They have included a microwave oven, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. The host, Erick, makes you feel at home.

The units had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals and saving money on dining out. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the units made it easy to unwind and enjoy some entertainment. The apartment had a cozy seating area, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The parquet floors in the units added a touch of elegance to the space. The complimentary toiletries provided in each unit were a nice bonus.

Personally, I found the satellite TV in the apartment to be a bit outdated.

Centre Ville Location was the perfect base for exploring the city. the property is beautifully decorated with modern touches in the bathroom and kitchen. the owner, Laetitia, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing us with extra amenities when we needed them. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided shampoo and soap, as well as the delicious gourmet cookies and candies. the open market just down the street was a fantastic bonus, offering fresh produce every morning. Cons: Everything we needed and wanted was provided. 🌟.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good, close to key attractions in the city. Additionally, the host was helpful and accommodating, arranging a late check out and ordering a taxi for us.

the noise from the street was unbearable, as the apartment was situated on a busy crossroads in the city center. With no air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open, resulting in constant disturbance from cars, trucks, and people talking.
